The content on LVShield, including the output of the Case Merit Engine, intersection statistics, and resource directories, is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this site should be construed as formal legal advice. While our engine uses Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) to estimate claim viability, every accident involves unique variables that software cannot fully measure. You should always consult with a licensed attorney regarding your specific situation before making legal decisions or dealing with insurance adjusters.
2. The Case Merit Engine
The Case Merit Engine provides an objective score based on the data you input and publicly available Nevada traffic laws. It is a baseline evaluation tool.
We do not guarantee any specific legal outcome, settlement amount, or verdict based on your Merit Engine results. Insurance claims are subject to negotiation, and the actual value of a claim can only be determined by a legal professional reviewing your complete medical and property records.
3. Legal Referrals and Connections
LVShield is free for users. To keep the platform running, we partner with licensed Nevada plaintiff's law firms.
If you explicitly choose to use the 'Call Expert Now' or 'Schedule Free Callback' features, we will transmit your contact information and engine results to one of our partner firms. In exchange for providing this connection technology, LVShield receives a flat marketing/referral fee from the law firm. This fee does not come out of your settlement or pocket.
We are not responsible for the legal representation provided by the partner firm you are connected with. Should you ultimately decide to retain their services, please note that any attorney-client relationship is formed strictly between you and that specific law firm, independent of LVShield.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Case Merit Engine, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information to the best of your knowledge. LVShield cannot be held responsible for inaccurate evaluations resulting from false or incomplete inputs.
You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent claims, nor to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Merit Engine algorithms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, LVShield and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, the Merit Engine, or your reliance on any information provided herein.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from your use of LVShield shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
