- Contact Information: We collect your email address at the end of the evaluation to securely deliver your personalized report. If you actively choose the 'Call Expert Now' or 'Schedule Free Callback' options, we collect your phone number and name strictly to facilitate that connection.
- Community Feedback: Name, email address, and messages submitted through our Feedback Loop.
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics regarding which intersections or zip codes are frequently searched, helping us improve our Safety Data directory.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data you input into the Case Merit Engine is processed in real-time against Nevada state laws to generate your evaluation. We do not store highly sensitive personal identifiers (like your Social Security Number or exact home address) because our engine does not need them to function and we do not ask for such information.
Your email address is used solely to deliver your Case Merit report or respond to your community feedback. If you explicitly opt-in by selecting 'Call Expert Now' or 'Schedule Free Callback', we use your phone number exclusively to connect you with a local legal expert at your requested time. Utilizing these contact features is entirely your choice, and you will not be subscribed to marketing newsletters without your explicit consent.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We have a strict anti-adversary policy. We do not sell or share your crash data with insurance companies, claims adjusters, or any party whose interests are in conflict with your recovery.
The only time your information is shared is when you explicitly request a 'Call Now' or 'Callback.' In these cases, we securely transmit your contact details to a licensed Nevada plaintiff’s law firm. These firms are legally and ethically bound to act as your advocate against the insurance company and are prohibited from sharing your data with adversarial parties.
